Brooke Emery is the UT Extension Produce Safety Assistant and has statewide responsibilities for conducting produce safety education programs. Her outreach focuses on produce safety on farms of all sizes, FSMA-PSR education, On Farm Readiness Reviews, and current produce research. The goal of her program is to help growers lower safety risks on the farm and increase the safety of the TN food supply.
