APPLY: TNLFS Scholarships

At Tennessee Local Food, we are committed to building a more equitable and just food system for Middle Tennessee. To support this mission, we are offering full conference scholarships to growers, food system stakeholders, and individuals passionate about creating an equitable food ecosystem. Priority will be given to applicants who are new and beginning farmers, those who identify as Black, Indigenous, Latino/a, People of Color, veterans, women, and agricultural students.

Scholarship recipients will receive full access to all conference sessions, including meals. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer travel or lodging stipends at this time.

Applications will be accepted through October 26, 2024, and will be reviewed after the deadline. Recipients will be notified by November 1, 2024.

Through these scholarships, we aim to empower those who are ready to make an impact in their communities, ensuring diverse voices are represented and supported in our collective work toward food justice.

The Tennessee Local Food Summit Scholarship Fund makes these opportunities possible. This year, our goal is to raise $3,500, which will fund 20 individual scholarships. Every dollar raised goes directly towards ensuring equitable access to this vital gathering.
