Yolanda Manning is a native of “Out East” Nashville. While raised in the city, she was “made” in Memphis, Tennessee where she spent her most significant adult years and earned an MPA from the University of Memphis. Yolanda worked in the Memphis local food system, where she focused on youth education, community development and sharing the wealth of urban growing and sourcing seasonally. Yolanda is most known for her plant based skills, being a new mother and is now the Farmers’ Market Manager at the Nashville Farmers’ Market.
