KEYNOTE - Decolonizing and Indigenizing our Ways: The Starting Point for Systems Change
Saturday, December 7th, 9:00 AM, Main Hall
Reginaldo Haslett Marroquin, Tree-Range Farms and Regenerative Agriculture Alliance
This presentation will highlight the foundational processes that guide the Poultry-Centered Regenerative Agroforestry production model, how this model is then envisioned within a larger-scale theory of change, and how this mental shift in how we see and envision systems as a whole is central to changing the paradigms that guide how we build true regenerative food and agriculture systems. The presentation will outline a thought process for envisioning ecosystems, not farms or products, as the foundation and how we match and align that blueprint with the business ecosystem that defines the paradigm shift in ownership, control, and governance that form the foundation of true systems change.
