Jaffee is the community garden coordinator for The Nashville Food Project, and he manages two gardens for TNFP: McGruder Garden and Mill Ridge. Outside of work, he is the founder and CEO of Recycle & Reinvest, a non-profit that revitalizes Nashville's low-income neighborhoods while mentoring youth in leadership. Since 2018, Jaffee has led community cleanups of over 50 neighborhoods and mentored over 30 youth. As the author of his new children’s book EARTH DAY In The Hood a great book about sustainability and environmental responsibility.
