Christina Justice
Seeds for Community Resilience
Christina Justice currently serves as the Secretary of Natural Resources for Cherokee Nation. Secretary Justice has worked for Cherokee Nation for 20 years and has a degree in criminal justice and environmental management, from Northeastern State University. As a Cabinet member under Principal Chief, Chuck Hoskin Jr., she serves as the Chief’s advisor on all issues surrounding the preservation and protection of the Nation’s natural resources. One of the programs under her stead is the Cherokee Nation Seedbank project which provides historically and culturally significant seeds to tribal citizens, across the country, as well as the Historic Preservation office.
