OFA along with its partners is inviting organizations that support and educate organic and sustainable farmers to join a cohort learning exchange designed to help you, and the next application deadline is right around the corner!

This cohort is designed for organizations that have begun some work on racial justice and equity, and are looking to better define their next steps, and build more effective plans.

Cohorts will: 

• Build greater buy-in for equity work in your organization

• Outline different options for plans and projects

• Create an equity plan for your organization/teams

The cohort will meet monthly, interspersing learning sessions with planning and practice applied to your organizational goals.
