The Director of Administration and Development is a leadership position that collaborates with other directors to ensure mission alignment and effective execution of Crabtree Farms' strategic goals. This position focuses on communications, fundraising, and high-level administrative support. The Director will oversee the creation, implementation, and management of comprehensive communications and development.
The Marketing & Communications Coordinator is an essential role at Crabtree Farms, focusing on managing on-site events, facility rentals, and supporting our strategic initiatives through marketing and graphic design expertise. This position works closely with the Director of Administration and Development, coordinating public relations, marketing efforts, and event logistics to amplify our impact in the community.
The Urban Farm Production Coordinator is a key member of the Farm Programs team. This role is responsible for managing farm production and distribution, leading volunteers, workshares, and interns, and ensuring farm operations support community food access initiatives. The coordinator will also contribute to educational programming, eld management, landscaping and oversee the preparation and distribution of farm-grown produce.
