Getting Started is Quick and Easy

Once you create your profile and product listings on our platform, customers can start shopping right away. The market is open 24/7, giving shoppers constant access to your products—but there are set ordering windows each week:

• Orders close Sunday around midnight for Nashville Tuesday delivery
• Orders close Tuesday around midnight for Knoxville Thursday delivery

As a vendor, you can log into your dashboard anytime to see live order activity and track what’s selling in real time. When the ordering window closes, we generate your official “pick ticket”—a clear, organized list of everything you’ve sold for the week.

This gives you about 31 hours of lead time to harvest or prepare and pack your orders. Then on delivery day, you’ll simply bring your sold items to our hub, and our home delivery team will take it from there.

As soon as one ordering window ends, the next shopping week begins, so your products remain visible and available to customers without any interruption.
