HIRING: Farmer at Sugar Camp Farm

Sugar Camp Farm is hiring! Looking for a part-time 4 days a week farmer to join our 2025 farm crew. We are a small 1 acre farm selling produce to Nashville restaurants, markets, and more. We practice no-till farming methods and soil health is a priority. We are looking for candidates who are punctual, pay attention to detail, are problem solvers, take direction well, are proactive, love teamwork, enjoy and appreciate food, have fun, can handle hard work in extreme weather conditions, are physically capable of lifting 50 pounds safely and repetitively, are good communicators, have a positive attitude, and are excited to learn!
